Purchase Options

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options on select products.

By selecting a subscription, you authorize CMOSS to automatically charge your payment method at the selected delivery interval (3-4 weeks) until cancelled.

Subscription pricing will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (including sea moss gel, juices, and smoothies), all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
